European Training – all the fun and challenges!
We have this month kicked off a training programme for one of our clients, this schedule was given to us with the brief of unusual venues across Europe. The locations included Switzerland, France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands & the UK. The venues have all had to have a pull for delegates in the Solar sector – we went with football stadiums, rugby stadiums, breweries and vineyards. What’s not to like with these locations!?
As well as sourcing all the venues, managing the logistics at these locations and booking the accommodation we have also assisted on the marketing call campaign to fill the locations using our very clever bilingual staff in the office! I stuck with the UK calls myself! We have organised all the printed materials where required and marketing pop ups and organised the delivery of these to each location.
It is always really interesting working with properties outside the UK and comparing the different approaches to the same project from the different properties. It is also great to continue widening venue knowledge and grow our connections and expertise!
We are now halfway through the current project and all is going really well, our open line of communication with the client and venues is great and meaning we are constantly updating the locations of number increases and slight updates.
